Rentdial

Every rent increase notice, in one go

Say who's serving, set the rise, add your tenancy list. Rentdial works out each tenancy's earliest valid new-rent date and serve-by date, then fills in every Form 4A.

1. Who's serving the notices

Entered once. It goes on every notice.

Your agency goes in section 3 of each notice. Each tenancy's landlord comes from the Landlord column of your list; their contact address is care of you unless the list gives one.

2. The rise and the service date

A New rent in your list overrides the percentage for that tenancy. Posting the notices? Use the day they'll arrive.

3. Your tenancy list

Upload the spreadsheet you already keep, saved as CSV, or copy the rows in Excel and paste them below, headings first. You need Address, Town, Postcode, Tenants, Tenancy start, Rent, Frequency. Add Last increase and First increase since 2003 for any tenancy that's had a rise, and Landlord for each tenancy. Download the template.
